Scheduling
Thirty minute and hour long lesson options are available. All private lessons are taught weekly and lessons are month-to-month. Your lesson time will remain at the same time each week. Audition prep coachings are also available as time permits in my schedule.
Student Cancellations – It is important to keep student absences to a minimum. When an absence is absolutely necessary, as much notice as possible is required. Students should provide 24-hour notice of lesson cancelation if at all possible. With reasonable notice, I will work with the student/parent to reschedule. Without 24-hour notice the lesson in forfeited. Make-up lessons are solely at my discretion due to repeat offenders cancelling. If you need to change your lesson time please give no less than a weeks notice.
Instructor Cancellations – I expect absenteeism to be minimal; however, should I miss a lesson I will provide as much notice to the student as possible. I will provide the student with a make-up for any missed lesson.
Payment
All payments are due the 1st day of the month for the entire month, no exceptions. Payments are considered late after the 7th. There will be a late fee of $25 after the 7th. Payment forms accepted are Cash app, Venmo and PayPal.
Student withdrawals: Please give at least notice 30 days notice of intent to stop lessons.
